Welcome to Maison Mosgenstein
I live in the house. Maison Mosgenstein is a residential building from the 1930s , carefully renovated in 2011 and 2024. I is situated in Kirchenfeld, a very quiet, beautiful,and central neighbourhood (embassies).
3 minutes from tram stop Thunplatz, then 7 minutes tram to mainstation. Free public transport in Libero zones 100 and 101. Beautiful walk to the city center and local recreation areas.
Public parking in blue zone around the house, free up to 1.5 hours, at night and on Sundays, chargeable during working days.
Since 2011, I let two carefully and individually furnished non-smoking flats with balcony facing south and high standard have well equipped kitchens with dish washer and wooden parquet floors(light-hearted).
Free WIFI, TV, radio and bluetooth-speakers, free common washing.
I welcome careful guests who appreciate a cultivated and quiet environment. Animals and prostitution are not allowed, smoking on the balcony only.
